Goal: Building a reliable IoT ecosystem for monitoring, control, and automation of industrial and organizational processes.
  • Requirement Analysis & Architecture: Sensor selection, protocols (MQTT, CoAP, LwM2M), and connectivity layers (LoRaWAN, NB‑IoT, Ethernet).
  • Hardware Prototyping: Lightweight PCB design, microcontroller/SoC selection, and real-world performance validation.
  • Software & Framework: Gateway implementation, edge processing, and secure APIs for organizational systems.
  • Security & Key Management: Data encryption, token management, secure OTA updates, and IoT-specific attack analysis.

Deliverables: Architecture documentation, hardware prototype, field images, and API documentation.

Local Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Privacy • Responsiveness

Goal: Running ML/AI models entirely on-premise to protect data privacy and enable real-time processing.
  • Data Identification & Preparation: Cleaning, labeling, and preparing internal datasets for quality and generalization.
  • Model Optimization: Quantization, pruning, and distillation for deployment on existing hardware.
  • On-Premise MLOps: Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), model monitoring, lifecycle management, and CI/CD for models.
  • Operational Capabilities: Reporting dashboards and internal decision-support systems.

Resilient SD‑WAN (Domestic)

Reliability • Self-Sufficiency

Goal: Creating a software-defined WAN that routes traffic via internal connections if international internet is unavailable.
  • Dual Architecture: International and domestic paths prioritized based on access and SLA.
  • Resilient Routing: Continuous health checks, automatic failover, local caching/replication for critical services.
  • Policy Integration: QoS for sensitive applications, secure tunneling, and intelligent load balancing.
  • Management: Central dashboard, bandwidth control, and real-time link testing tools.

Open-Source Firewall & UTP — OPNsense

Security • Packaging

Goal: Testing and producing enterprise-ready OPNsense packages for medium to large environments.
  • Penetration testing, VPN, IDS/IPS, and NAT evaluation
  • Enterprise packaging and automated installation scripts
  • UTP network topology design and VLAN configuration
  • Documentation and training for network/security teams

Implementation Process
